Minha s / o agendou uma visita meses atrás, foi atendida por sua visita e ficou satisfeita com o atendimento prestado por seu Provedor - então isso não tem nada a ver com a prática de medicina. No entanto, quando ela chegou, foi informada de que seu seguro cobriria a visita. Uma semana depois, ela recebe uma notificação da clínica de que seu seguro, na verdade, não cobria aquela clínica e que ela teria que pagar tudo do próprio bolso porque a clínica E o provedor estavam fora da rede. Aonde quer que vamos, ANTES DE COMEÇAR UMA VISITA nos dentistas, especialistas, atendimentos urgentes, (com exceção do pronto-socorro) somos informados de quais são nossos benefícios, quanto inclui nosso copagamento / cobertura, e geralmente não é exato e nós receba uma conta algumas semanas depois por uma pequena parcela não coberta - a realidade do seguro. Mas nunca fui a um lugar que mentisse abertamente que uma visita, muito menos o médico específico, é totalmente fora da rede. Como você pode obter essas informações em preto e branco incorretas. Não é eficiente nem justo para o paciente / cliente. Usei diversos planos de saúde e estive, nos últimos 10 anos, em quiro, pt, atendimento de urgência, neuro, oftalmologistas, dentistas, massagens, consultórios de saúde mental em diferentes estados. Todos eles, pelo menos, me diriam que eu estava coberto. Você precisa melhorar suas práticas de seguro. O que é um roubo.
