Ela me mostrou um de dois dormitórios que foi totalmente reformado com upgrades e disse que tinha um de um dormitório que ficaria pronto no mês seguinte pelo mesmo proprietário, as mesmas atualizações serão feitas. Bem, nem é preciso dizer que uma semana antes da hora marcada para me mudar, parei no apartamento para levar tinta para os pintores e fiquei completamente chocado porque as atualizações não foram feitas conforme prometido por ela. Liguei e mandei mensagens de texto para a minha agente, expressando o quão infeliz eu estava por ela ter me enganado e aproveitado o fato de que eu precisava de um apartamento rápido, e me levou a acreditar que o apartamento será igual ao de 2 quartos que ela me mostrou . Liguei para o locador e ele se desculpou e de boa fé se ofereceu para reembolsar meu depósito de segurança e um mês de aluguel de volta para mim. No dia seguinte, fui buscar meu reembolso em dinheiro que foi trocado por aluguel na Monroe Realty e esperava que minha taxa paga a eles fosse reembolsada também. Disseram-me "desculpe, nossa taxa não é reembolsável" Eu disse "você está brincando comigo?" Eu estava em lágrimas porque, como uma única pessoa que trabalha duro, não é fácil salvar para se mover. Achei isso uma loucura, já que basicamente mentiram para fazer a venda ...
