Extremamente pouco profissional com estagiários. Não dá treinamento. Esperamos que você entenda completamente algo novo e faça de tudo, mesmo que seja muito trabalhoso, já no primeiro dia. Ao fazer algumas perguntas básicas, ele basicamente me chamou de incompetente (o que não sou, tenho 3 anos de experiência como analista no HSBC no Brasil e me formei no primeiro ano do meu mestrado com louvor) e ameaçou me despedir. Pior ambiente de trabalho que já vi. Fui dormir às 3 da manhã fazendo o trabalho que ele pediu e acordei às 7 da manhã com outro e-mail rude e insatisfeito do Sr. Martin. Então eu pedi demissão. Ele explora os estagiários, não paga, não os educa e ainda acha que tem o direito de ser rude com eles.

Uma forma muito pouco profissional de contratação de estagiários para o trabalho, eles me contrataram sem remuneração e pediram para preencher dados de entrevista em si foi over call por 5 minutos ainda estava interessado em aprender então aceitei trabalho.
Não houve orientação ou orientação quando fiz 2 perguntas para trabalho e chamada de programação. Recebi um e-mail de Martin informando que estamos rescindindo o contrato.
Um povo pouco profissional.
Não aceite empregos deles primeiro, eles devem saber como treinar as pessoas, se eles esperam que as pessoas trabalhem para eles livremente, como em um emprego de tempo integral, eles deveriam agir profissionalmente.
