O curso MBSR foi cientificamente comprovado para reduzir os níveis de estresse, melhorando o bem-estar geral.

Também oferecemos o curso Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) - um programa de oito semanas projetado especificamente para aqueles que lutam contra a autocrítica ou sentimentos de inadequação. O curso MSC ensina os participantes a cultivar a autocompaixão por meio de várias práticas, como a meditação da bondade amorosa, entre outras.
