Esta empresa estava fornecendo transporte para meu amigo muito doente. Eles a transportariam para a diálise. Eles telefonaram meia hora antes do embarque e cancelaram todos os demais transportes. Portanto, não temos como levá-la para a diálise. Eles não se preocuparam com isso. Teria sido bom ter alguns dias para preparar outra coisa, já que ela MORRE sem diálise. Coisa muito cruel a se fazer.

Eles não demonstraram simpatia pelo fato de eu ter feito uma substituição total do joelho no ano passado e ainda estar com dores. A viagem foi a mais turbulenta de todas. O cara que estava atrás de mim perguntou o que me fez ligar às 3h da manhã. Talvez se ele pensasse nisso, eu estivesse com dor. Vou dirigir sozinho na próxima vez e espero não ter que pagar por este serviço.
