Estamos muito felizes com a Meritech. O custo é alto - na verdade, dizemos a outras empresas de copiadoras que, a menos que possam fazer isso de graça, não vale a pena mudar. E hoje ficamos sem toner (pensamos que tínhamos um backup) e eles estão enviando alguém na hora do almoço com um novo cartucho! Ótimo serviço. Agradeço tudo o que fazem pela nossa agência ... Obrigado!

EDITAR 08/10/2020 ... Nossa, isso desceu rápido. Fomos cegamente fiéis à Meritech apenas para descobrir recentemente que nossos custos com eles foram divididos em duas contas e era muito mais caro do que pensávamos. Que vergonha por esse erro. Agora, como somos obrigados a substituir nosso equipamento em um determinado prazo, os custos reais tornam-se aparentes. Eles nos dizem que precisamos assinar um novo contrato, pagar em dinheiro ou entregar o equipamento. Então, vamos para outra direção, muito menos cara, e a música muda. Agora querem alegar que não avisamos que queremos encerrar o aluguel e podemos ficar com o equipamento e o custo por mais um ano.

Reunião com o proprietário da empresa resultou em falha de comunicação dos termos do arrendamento em relação à rescisão do contrato e uma conclusão favorável para o problema.

A Meritech tem sido excepcional. Sua disponibilidade para atender às nossas necessidades sempre foi oportuna. A velocidade deles em atender às nossas necessidades tem sido ótima. Estou MUITO satisfeito com eles como um parceiro que trabalha com nossos escritórios do Pathways Hospice.
