Minha primeira impressão da empresa foi terrível. Sou Engenheiro Mecânico e fiz uma entrevista de emprego na Menegotti Menfund. Conversei com um profissional de RH e entrevistei o gerente da área. Ambos prometeram um retorno, seja positivo ou negativo. No entanto, eles nunca mais entraram em contato. Enviei 04 e-mails para as duas pessoas de contato, mas elas ficaram sem fala. Puxa, é tão simples (e honesto) responder "Vamos continuar com outro candidato", ou "Vamos cancelar a vaga". Prometer e não cumprir é uma falha de comportamento que danifica sua imagem. Aí está a pergunta: Se você é tratado assim como candidato, o que esperar quando já está lá dentro?!?!?!?!?

A empresa expulsa resíduos de ferro fundido no ar, afetando diretamente quem mora no entorno da empresa. Casa e carro totalmente oxidados devido à empresa não poder conter esses resíduos. Já para não falar do barulho à noite que é insuportável.
