Há 2 semanas estive lá pela minha filha (27 meses), que enfiou pequenos pedaços de lego nas duas narinas. Estive lá por volta das 19h. O caso foi arquivado. Houve uma emergência e todos esperaram pacientemente.
Depois de uma hora e meia, a enfermeira ligou para minha filha e verificou seus batimentos cardíacos e pulso e nos disse para esperar até o médico chamar.
Mais uma vez por volta das 21h veio outra enfermeira e me explicou que eles não têm nenhum instrumento especial que usam para retirar os itens presos no nariz (ela foi a mesma enfermeira que anotou o caso, então ela estava ciente da situação) E nos contou para ir para Bacchus Marsh. Então falei pra ela que você conhece a situação da minha filha e depois de 2 horas de espera me dizendo que não tem instrumento ??? Eu peço que ela diga ao médico para examiná-la primeiro. Ela foi ao médico e me disse que sim, tem instrumento e me disse para esperar.
De novo esperando e quase por volta das 10:20 o médico veio e apenas me disse que eu tenho que ir para Bacchus Marsh por causa de nenhum instrumento especial. Naquela época eu fiquei um pouco chateado e perguntei porque é que existe uma má gestão ?? E o doutor me dando resposta tão rude dizendo que não tem outra opção, se você quer ir é sua escolha ???
Eu estava ficando frustrado porque quase todos os outros pacientes foram levados (até mesmo alguns que vieram às 9 horas) e minha filha de 2 anos foi enviada para Bacchus Marsh quase às 10:30 ???
Por mais de 3 horas o médico nem sequer a examinou, sem verificar e mandar para outro centro tarde da noite. Eu estive lá como uma emergência porque se ficasse preso lá no fundo, ela não conseguia respirar. Mas o médico nem se importou em dar uma olhada na situação dos pacientes.
A pior coisa aconteceu comigo.
Nunca recomendarei a ninguém que esteja lá em caso de emergência.
