E também o credor hipotecário que eles indicaram e com quem queriam que você trabalhasse, eles estão no mesmo esquema de receber apenas sua comissão. Tive de pagar a este credor uma grande soma de dinheiro apenas para descobrir que eles nos deram os piores termos de empréstimo e nem sequer se preocuparam em negociar em nosso nome. Esta empresa me liga cerca de 2 a 3 vezes por semana perguntando se estamos interessados ​​em propriedades que estão em estados diferentes. Eu disse a eles várias vezes para parar de ligar, para me remover de sua lista de contatos e que não estamos interessados. Como ou por que uma pequena organização sem fins lucrativos em Los Angeles compraria um prédio no Texas (esse é apenas um exemplo) ?! Eles dizem que eu cliquei em um anúncio deles, então eles estão acompanhando. Eles também sabem que não estou interessado e começaram a atender suas ligações sem identificar com qual empresa estão. Eu não sei do que eles estão falando porque eu bloqueio todos os e-mails que vêm deles (eu recebo muitos). Mesmo assim, eles consideram um suposto ver um e-mail como um convite aberto para atacá-los com telefonemas não solicitados. Nossa organização pode ter negócios aqui em Los Angeles, mas NUNCA considerarei essa empresa por causa desse assédio que não vai parar.

Infelizmente, eles são muito pouco profissionais. Tentamos alugar um espaço e depois de algumas vezes indo ao espaço e escrevendo uma Carta de Intenções com a ajuda deles, eles nem se incomodaram em nos responder. Quando falamos com nosso agente, ele não atendeu o telefone e não ligou de volta. Depois de alguns dias, liguei para ele usando o telefone de outro amigo, ele atendeu, mas fingiu que nunca recebeu minha mensagem. Era como trabalhar com uma criança imatura.
