Excelente atendimento ao cliente com minha recente compra de moinho.

Recentemente adquiriu uma fresadora / broca Precision Matthews PM932. Recebi em tempo hábil, conforme prometido. A qualidade da máquina é a esperada para a faixa de preço. Houve alguns problemas, mas a Quality Machine Tools resolveu imediatamente. Ótima empresa com ótimo atendimento ao cliente.

Quebrei uma ferramenta de rosqueamento e eles me enviaram a peça de reposição de primeira classe e de graça. Atendimento ao cliente de primeira linha, eu disse a eles qual era o meu problema e eles nem mencionaram o custo. Eles apenas disseram "Nós os pegamos, vamos receber um pelo correio hoje." 10/10 rapazes!

Comprei um torno 1440GS em abril de 2018, a equipe é qualificada e profissional. Quando recebi o torno, algumas peças estavam erradas ou faltando.
Até o dia 4 de agosto de 1818, ainda estou esperando por um parafuso da tampa. Disseram-me que o equipamento foi operado antes do envio para garantir que tudo esteja como deveria. Não sei como isso poderia ser, pois alguns dos interruptores de segurança não estavam corretamente localizado e a única maneira de ligar a máquina é ignorar o interruptor de segurança e alguém instalou um parafuso da tampa que era tão curto que caiu da máquina quando a tampa foi removida.
Minha visão geral da máquina é que é um torno de alto valor que você pode ter que fazer alguns dos ajustes finais para colocá-lo em funcionamento.
A equipe é prestativa, mas para resolver as necessidades, eu compraria da Mattehws Precision novamente.

Matt é um ótimo cara para se trabalhar. Ele me encontrou em um sábado em seu próprio horário para me ajudar a carregar o torno comprado. Estou muito feliz com o torno nesta faixa de preço, acredito que seja o mais competitivo que existe.
