Adquiriu 100 em 25/11/18. Todos foram presentes de Natal. Hoje comecei a embrulhar e notei que um estava danificado. Voltei para este local para trocar e o associado me acusou de danificar o produto e perguntou por que esperei tanto para devolvê-lo. Quando expliquei que também trabalhava no varejo e andava ocupada trabalhando, ela me lançou um olhar reprovador e disse que não tinha mais estoque para comprar algo. Eu nunca vou voltar a este estabelecimento.

Serviço de atendimento ao cliente ruim. Eu estava pegando um pedido online. Perguntei se poderia devolvê-lo à loja. Eles me disseram que não podiam devolver a compra online. Meu recibo afirma claramente que, se não estiver satisfeito, posso retornar a qualquer loja Hallmark. Ambos os associados de atendimento ao cliente foram desagradáveis. Não estava ocupado e ninguém estava sequer na fila. Eu não vou voltar a esta loja.
