Chega um cliente individual, precisa de uma impressão fora do padrão com recorte e manda um e-mail com os detalhes do pedido. Tudo parece bonito, mas depois descobre que se correspondeu com alguém completamente diferente (doente, livre de drogas) e o pedido é feito por outro funcionário. Desde que se limite ao endereço de e-mail - gentilmente - cara a cara - serviço desagradável, até mesmo rude. Não vou citar dúvidas ao cliente - o funcionário é reclamante e agressivo com o cliente (no princípio "você tem alguma coisa para mim?"). Ele deixou uma boa educação em casa, trata os clientes "do sapato" e gostaria de mostrar ao dedo médio que alguém quer alguma coisa e além disso deixa dinheiro para isso. Um pouco estranho, a menos que você queira "abrir negócios" rapidamente. Eu não recomendo.
