Há uma alta taxa de rotatividade devido ao microgerenciamento da nova administração. Isso começou logo antes de Covid fechar a escola. A maioria dos funcionários está ao telefone celular e não dá atenção aos filhos. Os pais pagam muito na mensalidade e não ficariam felizes com o descuido dos funcionários. Os funcionários estão muito insatisfeitos e falam constantemente em sair. Eles não contratam pessoas com experiência e a maior parte do pessoal original foi embora. É desorganizado e caos todos os dias.
