Estou com um pé quebrado, então fui à Rexall em Oak Ridges para comprar uma bota mais arejada. O Sprint Air Boot do LandMark Medical System foi o único aircast que eles venderam, então nós o compramos. Era uma bota curta no tamanho grande. Depois de menos de uma semana, a bomba quebrou e o 'airbag' no porta-malas explodiu. Não foi como se eu tivesse bombeado em excesso, também, como eu coloquei de manhã e bombei uma vez. Voltei para a Rexall e eles só tinham uma bota comprida e grande. Tive que lidar com o aborrecimento por cerca de 6 dias, o que não parece tão ruim, mas foi terrível. O airbag das botas vazava, as tampas da bomba de ar caíam constantemente e eu tinha que ir procurá-los (a bota curta também fazia isso) e era só uma bagunça quente e coceira. O velcro começou a cair e acabei mandando um e-mail para LandMark. Devo dizer que fiquei impressionado com o excelente atendimento ao cliente. Eles enviaram uma nova bota curta e aerada grande para o Rexall em Oak Ridges, e eu a tenho há alguns dias. Foi assim que passei por um total de 3 botas aircast em menos de 2 semanas. No final das contas, ainda iria por essa bota, mesmo com todo esse aborrecimento. Eu olhei para outras botas disponíveis após a segunda bota, e a maioria delas usa uma bomba manual que não está presa à bota, o que é um aborrecimento ainda maior, especialmente se você perdê-la.
