Tive 3 experiências ruins com Keller Williams em Cleveland, Tennessee. Eu entendo que eles têm que ganhar dinheiro, mas começar guerras de lances e preços exorbitantes é errado. Quando você faz uma oferta justa por uma casa, oferecendo o preço integral, não precisa se preocupar se esses corretores de imóveis estão apenas usando você para aumentar os lances. Acho que é rude e antiético não honrar sua disposição de oferecer o preço integral. Estou procurando uma casa há cerca de 3 meses e fui espancado em três casas pelas quais fiz uma oferta. Estarei evitando qualquer coisa oferecida por Keller Williams.

Eu sou um cara do tipo faça-você-mesmo. Fiz minhas próprias placas de rua, coloquei meus próprios marcadores de bandeira. Estive muito perto de vender o imóvel várias vezes, mas sempre não deu certo. Chip viu meu anúncio no Facebook Market Place e me contactou dizendo que adoraria me ajudar a vender o terreno.
Eu finalmente aceitei a ajuda dele. O terreno ficou listado por 8 dias e teve uma oferta que foi finalizada às 21h30. Fechamos em 20 dias e foi tão tranquilo. Assinamos todos os contratos on-line por meio de um servidor seguro.
