Absolutamente ridícula a forma como o Proprietário / Gerente se comportou no vídeo que circulou nas redes sociais. Ele não tinha uma explicação razoável para seu erro e sua falta de profissionalismo era inaceitável. Estará encaminhando para o escritório corporativo.
