Não sei o que havia de tão engraçado em eles bagunçarem minha conta e me negarem o direito de pagar minha conta. Quando pedi para falar com um gerente, os dois riram de novo e me disseram que ela era o gerente. Foi provavelmente a interação mais rude que já tive em qualquer lugar. E ser gerente é muito ruim.

O atendimento ao cliente é tão bom quanto você pode fazer por si mesmo e as mentiras e as informações perdidas sobre as vendas são um pouco preocupantes. É barato e é assim que eles atraem você e gostam de não falar sobre taxas ocultas. Recomendaria se esses problemas fossem corrigidos, mas a banda não parece querer mudar isso. Evitaria.

Estou com a Koodo há mais de 8 anos e nunca tive um problema até lidar com este local. Meu telefone precisava ser consertado, então eles me emprestaram um telefone. O telefone já tinha uma rachadura. Então, ao devolver o empréstimo e pegar meu telefone consertado de volta, eles me acusaram do dano e me disseram que eu teria que pagar por ele. Eventualmente, eles recuaram e me deixaram ir, mas eles deveriam entender isso como uma lição para fazer o gerenciamento adequado de estoque e saber + inspecionar cuidadosamente os telefones que estão emprestando. Não com raiva de uma pessoa específica, mas de sua organização em geral. (O telefone emprestado também estava muito lento e tinha problemas com o GPS)
