Se eu pudesse dar zero estrelas, eu o faria. Nosso negócio em Hampton usou essa empresa por 3 anos e foi a pior experiência e atendimento ao cliente de nossas vidas. Em primeiro lugar, a senhora aqui nunca atende o telefone e, nas raras ocasiões em que o faz, é extremamente pouco profissional. Ao providenciar a transferência de nossos serviços para nosso novo local, combinamos e definimos uma data e hora específicas e ninguém apareceu. Quando a deixamos saber que estávamos pensando em mudar de empresa para nosso novo local (depois que seus rapazes nunca apareceram), ela ficou totalmente fora de forma e tentou táticas de última hora para tentar nos fazer ficar com eles. Assim que cancelamos oficialmente e trocamos de empresa, ela alegou que nunca cancelamos e ela CONTINUOU A NOS COBRAR !! Além disso, continuamos a receber chamadas no meio da noite (meia-noite, 2h, 4h, etc.) porque o dispositivo em nosso antigo local (do qual fomos removidos há mais de TRÊS MESES) tinha a bateria descarregada e ela nunca atualizou as informações de contato para problemas após o expediente (talvez por isso ainda estamos sendo cobrados) !! Tentamos repetidamente entrar em contato com ela a respeito desse assunto e ela não atendeu ao telefone NEM retornou nossas ligações ou e-mails. No momento, estamos realizando as etapas legais adequadas com nosso advogado para resolver as cobranças excessivas (temos prova por escrito de que cancelamos nossos serviços), bem como para resolver o inconveniente de sermos constantemente chamados no meio da noite para um serviço que prestamos t tinha em 3 meses. FIQUE. LONGE!!!
