O software é difícil de usar, especialmente em termos de entrada de horas e gerenciamento de documentos (upload, download e sua localização). Ainda muitos recursos com mais cliques do que o necessário e não muito intuitivos. Mas parece haver uma vontade de melhorar tudo, de continuar.

Trabalho com a Juris Concept há vários anos (7 anos). É como um Simply Accounting datado de 1906 !!! Trabalhamos com o software baixado diretamente para nossos computadores e com a versão online. Obviamente, o programador não tem nenhuma habilidade em contabilidade! Sair de um relatório ainda requer 12.000 operações e 99,4% dos relatórios são completamente desnecessários. A versão online deixa a desejar ... Ainda há muito trabalho a ser feito para simplificar o software e torná-lo fácil de usar. A idade das contas a pagar, idade das contas a receber, lançamentos de horas por funcionário, taxas cobradas, informações relativas às demonstrações financeiras são elementos essenciais que devem estar a apenas um clique de distância para facilitar o acesso. Alterar a data de entrada da hora é problemático porque existem 4 locais possíveis para alterar a data ... Não há nenhum módulo de pagamento que nos obriga a usar outro software para calcular o pagamento ... Muito tempo desperdiçado por nada. A simplicidade deve estar na ordem do dia. Uma observação positiva: existem atualizações regulares que me fazem acreditar que o software deve melhorar com o tempo. Por favor, considere esses comentários. Mais uma vez, a palavra-chave a lembrar: SIMPLICIDADE, SIMPLICIDADE e SIMPLICIDADE!
