O ar condicionado está desligado. Novamente. 4ª vez em um ano. Sem reembolso para outras acomodações. Não será reparado por pelo menos uma semana. NÃO ACEITÁVEL!

Guarda de segurança diurno muito rude. Fiz uma entrega de comida aqui, a cliente é regular e costuma descer para me atender, portanto não dá o número da unidade dela. Hoje tentei ligar como sempre faço, ela não atende e o segurança muito rudemente perguntou o que ele pode fazer por mim, eu expliquei minha situação e ele me disse que precisamos nos recompor e me repreendeu por não saber o número da unidade. No final, ele me ajudou me dando o número da unidade dela, mas eu nunca mais quero interagir com este homem novamente.

As Torres Judaicas têm sido a residência de meu pai há vários anos. Todos os residentes cuidam uns dos outros e tratam-se como família. Agradeço a Deus por esta facilidade.
