Plotadora Ioline: esta impressora rasga o papel. Tive problemas com este plotter desde o primeiro dia em que o comprei. Um serviço de atendimento ao cliente muito rude me disse que eu estava imaginando todos esses problemas apenas para descobrir mais tarde que realmente existem algumas falhas de design e descobri alguns problemas:
1. o peso da barra de alumínio é muito leve. Disseram-me para encher com areia ou cimento ... até que peso não tenho certeza.
2. O descanso de papel foi colocado em metal e não havia resistência suficiente. Depois de substituí-la, a resistência estava muito alta e a barra traseira não escorregava e ficava presa no topo.
A máquina veio com um lubrificante para que o papel rola melhor. Disseram-me que isso também era uma falha e que deveria impedir.
Resumindo, descobri que esta empresa não lança um produto que esteja pronto para o mercado e que apresenta problemas de maneira adequada
