NÃO COMPRE DESTE NEGÓCIO !!!! Nos últimos 10 anos estive no negócio de vidro e minha empresa fez pedidos de Instawares algumas vezes e é de longe a pior empresa com a qual já negociei. O atendimento ao cliente deles, principalmente Nancy e Michael, é horrível e eles são muito desrespeitosos. Tive de devolver a mercadoria que me chegou em muito mau estado e eles se recusaram a ajudar, declarando que não queriam o meu negócio. Eu até liguei uma vez e Michael teve a coragem de dizer muito rápido que eles não estavam me ajudando e literalmente desligou o telefone! Ele desligou na minha cara. Eles nunca fornecem rastreamento e nunca estão dispostos a ajudar. Há uma tonelada de outras empresas de vidro de que você pode comprar - FIQUE LONGE DESTE LUGAR !!!! O Libbey Outlet em Toledo é mais barato e oferece remessa mais barata também.
