Equipe de vendas terrível e instalação destrutiva.

Mandei instalar persianas do chão ao teto e de parede a parede. Foi citado um prazo de 4 semanas, no total, levou 4 meses para concluir a instalação. As cortinas foram instaladas em várias viagens, obrigando-me a providenciar para estar em casa 5 ou 6 vezes. Na maioria das ocasiões, eles se atrasavam em até 2 horas, quando eu era supostamente seu primeiro compromisso do dia. Em uma viagem eles chegaram, abriram a caixa da peça que haviam pedido (era a segunda vez que já havia pedido) e era da cor errada. Ninguém pensou em abrir a caixa da peça customizada para verificar se estava correta antes de combinar a instalação comigo.

Tenho uma combinação de persianas elétricas e mecânicas. Muitos dos mecânicos são muito rígidos e exigem um pouco de força para subir e descer. Os mecanismos também são feitos de plástico barato, que não espero que dure muito. Há um suporte de plástico que prende a corrente do talão na parede, que saiu da parede em 4 persianas.

A instalação causou danos significativos à minha casa. Eles colocaram suas escadas contra o caixilho da minha janela e diretamente contra o vidro da janela para fazer a instalação. A caixa foi severamente danificada no processo. Eles tentaram alegar que o dano estava muito abaixo da janela para ser causado por sua instalação, apesar do fato de que eu os observei causar o dano. Eles finalmente concordaram em enviar um reparador para consertar a janela, mas a caixa ainda não parece nova. Eles também encostaram uma escada na parede e deixaram grandes marcas de arranhões na pintura que não saem. Uma vez que foram medidos mal ao instalar uma das cortinas, também existem orifícios extras na parede.

Como algumas das minhas persianas são elétricas, eles providenciaram um eletricista (contratado e pago por eles) para instalar tomadas elétricas. No entanto, eles não instalaram o suficiente, e eu tive que marcar uma segunda vez para que o eletricista viesse e instalasse o número adequado de tomadas. Em geral, sua instalação é descuidada e mal gerenciada.

Esta análise já forneceu motivos suficientes para procurar em outro lugar, mas os comentários descuidados anteriores sobre a instalação lenta e descuidada não são as piores partes da experiência.

Certa noite, enquanto escovava os dentes, passei por meu pátio e, para minha surpresa, pude ver o banheiro completo do banheiro principal. Eles me venderam cortinas transparentes à noite, sem me dizer isso. O vendedor deles estava em minha casa, mediu e recomendou as persianas. As cortinas do meu quarto e banheiro, que de um lado dão para uma escola primária, não oferecem privacidade à noite. A resposta deles foi me dizer que eu deveria saber disso e que o problema era meu. A melhor solução que eles ofereceram foi substituir o tecido (me cobrando pelo tecido) no quarto e no banheiro. O tecido blackout não vem nas mesmas cores do tecido normal e eles iriam apenas substituir a metade inferior do tecido do quarto principal, então eu ficaria com cortinas incompatíveis.

Em resumo, equipe de vendas inescrupulosa, instaladores descuidados e preços premium; você deve usar uma empresa mais respeitável para suas cortinas.
