Boa gestão de proprietários inconsistente. Utiliza demissões como processo de gestão como forma de eliminar funcionários indesejados. Sem garantia de emprego a longo prazo.

Liguei para falar com um funcionário sobre uma emergência, a recepcionista assim que perguntei pelo chamado funcionário, imediatamente me disse que se eu não fosse funcionário da inovar não poderia falar com eles. Falei então que é uma emergência e ela pediu desculpas, se você não trabalha aqui não precisa falar com eles e desligou na minha cara. Essa foi a situação mais desrespeitosa e pouco profissional que já encontrei em uma empresa. Então, basicamente, se você tiver uma emergência e precisar entrar em contato com um funcionário demais. Inovar aparentemente não se preocupa com funcionários e emergência ou qualquer coisa além de arrancar dinheiro das pessoas.
