Um pouco decepcionado com HLS. Fui alugar uma scooter para me locomover melhor com meu #RSD / #CRPS. Precisei da scooter por uma semana para a viagem que estamos fazendo. O custo de uma semana era $ 100, se eu trouxesse de volta um dia atrasado, o que eu ia fazer, ia para outra semana de aluguel a $ 100. O aluguel do mês inteiro foi de $ 225; então, fui forçado a gastar US $ 125 adicionais por um dia "extra" de uso, por não ter rateado o aluguel. Acho que isso deve ser revisto para melhor servir um cliente que precisa de um item médico para as ADLs (Atividades da Vida Diária). HLS foi muito amigável e útil. O outro problema que tive foi nunca receber meu depósito de volta de um par de muletas que aluguei deles.

Experiência horrível ao tentar obter uma bomba tira leite! A equipe disse que tentou ligar para me dar informações ... nunca recebeu uma chamada perdida ou mensagem de voz desse número. Esperei duas semanas pela minha tão necessária bomba tira leite, apenas para ligar e descobrir que eles nunca enviaram meu pedido. Quando você confia na equipe para cuidar de algo para você e isso não é feito, é irritante. Levei dois minutos para enviar meu pedido online ... teria sido bom saber que essa era uma opção desde o início. Agora, mais 7 a 10 dias de espera. E meu bebê tem quase um mês. Bombear manualmente exclusivamente por um mês é um pesadelo, obrigado por nada HLS.

Eu precisei de coisas deles repetidamente ao longo de um período de 2 anos para problemas nos pés. Todos têm sido extremamente úteis e solidários!
