Seria fácil simplesmente desistir e não escrever um comentário. Eu acredito que eles usam isso a seu favor. Mas o que acontece a portas fechadas precisa ser relatado. A comida lá é péssima e não há atividades. A equipe é decente o suficiente, mas eles estão sobrecarregados e mal pagos. No curto período de tempo em que morei lá, eles passaram por quatro diretores, 4 ou 5 diretores de atividades, 3 homens de manutenção e muitos outros cuidadores. A administração é o que está por trás de tudo isso e quero deixar bem claro que não é o pessoal. A equipe faz o que pode com recursos limitados e, pior ainda, não são apreciados por tudo o que fazem. Eles afirmam ter cuidados de enfermagem 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. Na realidade, NÃO HÁ ENFERMEIRO nas dependências entre as 21h00 e 7h00. A enfermeira está apenas "de plantão" entre esses horários. Também há apenas um CNA no quadro de funcionários no horário de 23h00. e 7h00 Não estou exagerando quando digo que 80% das vezes, as luzes se apagam às 21h00. e os CNAs adormecem e não atendem à luz de chamada. Por último, você pode passar semanas pedindo para ver um médico ou psiquiatra antes de finalmente ver um. Corra, não ande, o mais longe possível desta instalação. Não acredite na administração. Eles mentem para encobrir outra mentira. Os residentes que podem expressar suas preocupações estão indo embora. Pouco é relatado porque aqueles de nós que saíram estão gratos por ter saído.

Não foi muito agradável cuidar dele por causa de sua doença (Alzheimer de início precoce), mas as enfermeiras e funcionários sabem exatamente como trabalhar com ele para que se sinta ouvido e amado.
