Ele disse que eles lidavam com doações e eu poderia me qualificar para algo relacionado ao custo, embora trabalhe em tempo integral. Eu sabia que teria que pagar por isso, pois tenho uma velha caldeira, então uma nova precisaria ir para um local diferente.
O cara que fez a pesquisa claramente não estava feliz com meus planos de querê-lo no banheiro - o armário de arejamento era sua preferência! Lamento, mas se vou pagar, terei onde quiser, obrigado.
Eles também fizeram um orçamento para isolamento de loft ao mesmo tempo. Recebi essa cotação rapidamente, mas tive que ligar para eles para saber a cotação da caldeira.
Foi então que me disseram que as regras tinham mudado e agora era um requisito que o isolamento de piso estivesse em vigor (isso não foi mencionado na consulta inicial) para obter qualquer tipo de subvenção para o custo. Disseram-me que eles poderiam enviar um e-mail para verificar essas informações e que me responderiam. Isso foi há 2 semanas agora.
Estou sem caldeira há um mês, então reservei uma instalação com outra empresa.
