Patsy não fala inglês bem, o que torna difícil entendê-la, além de tudo que ela tem má compreensão e habilidades de compreensão. Ela me perguntou a mesma coisa 5 vezes e eu respondi 5 vezes. Por isso, peço educadamente que outra pessoa me telefone por causa da barreira de comunicação. Patsy começou a discutir comigo! Clark, Patsy e a recepcionista eram pouco profissionais, condescendentes, argumentativos, com comunicação deficiente e estou muito ofendido. Peço à recepcionista que me mande ao gerente, porém a recepcionista me perguntou qual era o problema e quando eu disse a ela ela começou a discutir ajudando Patsy. Não disse nada ofensivo sobre Patsy, apenas disse a ela que é difícil entendê-la por causa de seu sotaque. Quando ela me mandou para Clark, que é o supervisor patsy, eu estava calmamente dizendo a ela o problema e a resposta de Clark foi "o que você quer que eu faça". Seguido por Clark desligando na minha cara. Liguei de volta e desliguei novamente. Finalmente liguei e deixei minhas informações de contato com a recepcionista para dar ao supervisor de Clark. A recepcionista continuou a discutir antes de receber minhas informações. Supõe-se que seja uma organização sem fins lucrativos sobre obras de caridade. Estou desapontado pela falta de profissionalismo.
