Ontem à noite eu vi meus 2 óculos Pearl de 2012 em casa novamente.
Infelizmente, completamente novos, porque nunca os usei.

Na época, usá-lo deu dor de cabeça.
Primeiro os vidros foram cortados de forma errada e depois substituídos.
Depois disso vi muito afiado, mas segundo eles tive que "me acostumar" com os óculos,
enquanto as lentes deveriam ter a mesma resistência dos meus óculos antigos.
Em 30 anos de óculos, Pearl só teve dor de cabeça com os novos óculos.

Ainda me dói ter gasto aqueles $ 263 de graça.
Meus óculos seguintes no competidor foram IMEDIATAMENTE bons.

Resumindo, não recomendo a ninguém que compre óculos na Pearl / Brilmij / Grandvision, são as duas coisas!
No Trustpilot (procure Pearl Opticians) 70% dos revisores indicam a pontuação "ruim" ou "muito ruim"!
Com o concorrente Hans Anders ou SpecSavers, é o contrário. Com eles, 80-90% é "bom" ou "excelente" ....

Moro ao lado dessa empresa e sinto que eles se comportam de forma anti-social. Freqüentemente, ruídos são feitos às seis da manhã com caminhões que precisam descarregar alguma carga naquele horário. Reclamar não adianta, pois transfere a responsabilidade para os fornecedores. Esse comportamento não é um bom presságio ao lidar com eles em uma base comercial.

Na semana passada meus óculos varifocus voltaram à garantia de visibilidade e o valor pago a mais seria quitado no final do dia, já se passou quase uma semana e após uma reclamação no site da Pearl me ligaram que vai demorar 4 semanas porque eles pague apenas o dinheiro de volta uma vez por mês. Imediatamente a primeira e última vez no Pearl !!
