O lugar em si é bom, mas desconfortável para entrar, pois há 20 pessoas atrás de cada tela e não oferecendo ajuda.
Acho ultrajante que quando alguém liga para você e pede para falar inglês, você diz "Não, eu não falo inglês" e desliga o telefone. Esta não é uma maneira de falar com um cliente potencial, e agora eu entendo porque seus concorrentes e outra empresa recomendam a Lumaprint em vez de você!

Tive 2 episódios estranhos com GTE desencorajou qualquer um que pedisse para fazer sua impressão aqui.
A primeira vez que gostaria de fazer uma pequena impressão que provavelmente não demoraria muito, todos os arquivos estavam prontos, mas depois que fiz uma pergunta não obtive mais respostas. Não faço ideia do porquê. Depois de alguns e-mails de acompanhamento, desisti.
Na segunda vez, a escolha do centro de impressão não foi minha e a GTE assumiu a tarefa de imprimir um projeto escolar para nós. Infelizmente, a impressão não correspondeu às expectativas, pagamos por aprox. 5 cópias do nosso projeto que foram aprox. 50 páginas, mas na primeira vez que as abrimos a cola subiu no verso. Isso aconteceu em todas as cópias e algumas páginas se soltaram. Não tivemos tempo de imprimir uma nova por causa do prazo, então só tínhamos que entregar o que nos foi dado. Claro, entramos em contato com a GTE com nossa insatisfação, mas nos disseram que "você recebe o que paga". Portanto, na GTE, não há problema em vender algo que você sabe que não funciona.
A impressão de cores, etc., não falhou.
