Fiquei chocado ao ver uma crítica tão ruim para esta agência! Adotamos um filhote de cachorro Golden Retriever há 5 meses e não poderíamos estar mais felizes com o processo! Como éramos novatos como donos de cachorros, Kay não poderia ter sido mais útil! Eu respeito que ela NÃO tentou exagerar no cachorro e nos deu uma imagem realista do que estávamos por vir! Quando decidimos mergulhar, ela nos emprestou uma gaiola até encontrarmos uma. Como éramos tão ignorantes, ela também nos deu alguns itens extras que tinha em mãos para nos ajudar a começar. Nós dirigimos um par de horas para selecionar a partir de 5 cachorros que tinham sido todos recentemente banhados - tão bonitos e fofos! O filhote que selecionamos foi bem cuidado: treinado na gaiola, um pouco treinado para usar o penico, e conhecia alguns comandos como "vem" e "senta". Kay e a senhora no local de adoção pareciam muito francas sobre os prós e os contras de cada filhote. Depois que adotamos, Kay também agradeceu nosso dilúvio de perguntas de novos proprietários! Já recomendamos vivamente esta agência a várias pessoas e continuaremos a fazê-lo!
