Fiz uma entrevista para um cargo de suporte nesta empresa. O lobby tem aquela sensação de novo e velho, tipo moderno. O prédio onde se localiza o escritório é muito antigo, com pequenos elevadores que fazem barulho como se fossem quebrar. Minha entrevista começou positiva e rapidamente foi piorando. O COO estava bastante desorganizado e nem sequer discutiu os detalhes do cargo. Eu estava preparado para ser questionado sobre o que sei sobre sua empresa e sobre as especificações do trabalho, em vez disso, senti como se ele tivesse decidido por alguns minutos que não estava interessado em me contratar. Parece que ele não leu meu currículo por completo, se você tem uma preocupação, então por que me trazer e perder meu tempo, seria mais como se eu aparecesse como uma modelo e seria contratado? Os gerentes de contratação muitas vezes podem ser rápidos em apontar a falha de um candidato, mas alheios à sua própria falta de organização. No geral, o lugar não parece acolhedor e estou feliz por não voltar. Os salários também são baixos para funções de apoio e recomendo procurar outro lugar.

De modo geral, eu recomendaria um cargo nesta empresa a qualquer pessoa interessada em trabalhar no setor jurídico.
