Fui recebido na porta por uma mulher mais jovem que me informou que, como eu e meu filho não tínhamos uma máscara facial, poderíamos preencher a papelada na entrada. O único problema que tive foi que a mesa estava muito mais baixa do que a altura de meu filho e eu e não havia cadeiras, então me ofereci para entrar no meu carro, preencher a papelada e trazê-la de volta. A mulher foi muito simpática e se ofereceu para nos levar a uma área fechada do banco para preencher a papelada. Talvez 2 minutos depois de se sentar, uma mulher baixa e enrugada com um corte de cabelo laranja avermelhado de cogumelo passou e perguntou se nós tínhamos uma máscara e por que não usávamos. O banqueiro mais jovem se ofereceu para explicar.
