Constrói uma bela casa em locais fantásticos. Incrível atenção aos detalhes!

A construção da casa é muito agradável, com muitos recursos de luxo. O negócio também foi muito sensível a quaisquer problemas que tínhamos na casa e reparou / substituiu / repintou problemas dentro do período de 1 ano. Então, por que a revisão de apenas uma estrela? Houve um problema que eles se recusaram a resolver, que era a umidade excessiva no espaço de rastreamento. Literalmente choveu no espaço interno durante o verão e causou a formação de mofo nas vigas da casa, enferrujou o aquecedor de água e ensopou o isolamento das vigas do piso. Acabamos ligando para uma empresa externa para encapsular o espaço de rastreamento a um custo de 12k. É estranho como um construtor que fez uma estrutura tão bonita e estava por dentro de todas as outras questões faltou tanto neste.
