Janeiro de 2018. Há uma semana que estou tentando simplesmente verificar o saldo de um cartão-presente. Meu teatro local (Cary, NC) teve um problema de sistema, então não poderia me dizer. Liguei desde então e deixei mensagens no teatro local e no HQ em Júpiter, Flórida, sem retornar chamadas. O uso do formulário de contato online da semana passada mostra "Falha ao enviar sua mensagem. Tente mais tarde ou entre em contato com o administrador por outro método" e deixei as mensagens em HQ para isso, esperando que o TI conserte isso. Usando meu cartão-presente para comprar seis ingressos na semana passada, o sistema online continuou me expulsando, dizendo que o saldo do meu cartão era de $ 92, mas quando tento comprar os ingressos, ele mostra "cartão inválido" e aparece na tela de pagamento com cartão de crédito. Isso foi em 3x e então .... Eu recebo um e-mail dizendo que meus ingressos haviam chegado! Bem, pelo menos funcionou. Meu teatro Cary, NC é incrível ... mas é dirigido por pessoas que parecem não entender. Nunca ninguém atendeu o telefone quando eu precisei deles, como comprar aqueles tix na semana passada, nem o HQ atendeu ou me ligou de volta. Por último, enquanto estou reclamando ... Os cinemas são ... incríveis, mas jante e recline, diga que o serviço de alimentação termina quando os trailers do filme começam. Não, isso não acontece nos 8-10 filmes que assisti no ano passado. As pessoas entram, o cinema está escuro e depois fazem o pedido, os atendentes perturbam aqueles de nós tentando curtir o filme conversando com os clientes sobre o que há de errado com o pedido que acabaram de trazer, ... geralmente é uma bagunça. Recebi vários cartões-presente um ou dois anos atrás e estou muito feliz que meu último agora custa US $ 0 (eu acho). O teatro FDX foi incrível para Star Wars! Amo os cinemas de Frank, mas eles realmente precisam administrá-los como um negócio.

Faz 4 semanas que tento receber um telefonema de volta. Deixou várias mensagens de voz e ainda não falei com alguém. Negócios urgentes que precisam de atendimento e não conseguem uma resposta.

Liguei para o entretenimento de Frank e não consegui que ninguém retornasse a ligação ... qual é o problema com o corp ...

Pelo que posso dizer, não está no negócio. Sem resposta ou retorno de chamada
