pedi tampos de balcão em fevereiro e, pela terceira vez esta manhã, eles não combinam nas curvas. Agora eles têm que enviar alguém para medir novamente e provavelmente refazer. Eu estou tão farto disso Fevereiro a julho e ainda não está certo. Acho que mais cinco meses. Passamos pelo home depot. Alguém precisa fazer algo e rápido! Atualização: Estamos quase no meio de outubro e as bancadas não foram consertadas. Um deles nem mesmo está pregado. Acho que nosso próximo passo é um advogado!

Serviço de atendimento ao cliente terrível. Instalamos um pedaço de material visivelmente e significativamente defeituoso em nossa remodelação de cozinha e insistimos que a falha era normal. Ninguém que visse tal falha em uma amostra jamais encomendaria o material. Nosso empreiteiro tentou ao máximo negociar algo melhor para nós, mas o Five Star não cedeu. Tento disfarçar, mas todo mundo que visita e ajuda na cozinha pergunta: "O que aconteceu com o seu balcão?" Eu digo a eles.
