Minha mãe teve deficiências durante a maior parte de sua vida. Quando ela se mudou para este vale appx 2010, ela foi apresentada a 5 condados. Não sei todos os detalhes daquela época, mas sei que eles foram capazes de ajudá-la a se conectar com diferentes programas que possibilitaram que ela pudesse viver de forma independente. Ela absolutamente amava e apreciava sua assistente social e, se não fosse por eles, não sei o que ela teria feito.
Anos mais tarde, quando ela recusou, mudamos de um Programa dos 5 Condados para outro, ou seja, quando eu estava envolvido.
Lisa foi sua segunda assistente social e que as mulheres eram uma bênção. Ela nos guiou através de todas as mudanças e programas para os quais minha mãe foi qualificada e ela foi muito amigável e prestativa. Foi bom ter alguém com muito conhecimento segurando minha mão para que eu não me sentisse sozinha. Não sei o que teria feito sem ela. Eventualmente, eu tive que colocar minha mãe em uma clínica de enfermagem, então tivemos que deixar 5 condados. Foi uma época assustadora, já que estava acostumada a ficar sob o guarda-chuva deles.
Minha mãe faleceu recentemente e eu gostaria de agradecer a 5 condados por TUDO. Que grande recurso para nossa comunidade.

Disseram que me ajudariam com três meses de medicação. Quando fui perguntar sobre o segundo mês, disseram-me que eles não podiam me ajudar porque eu não estava progredindo, o que não fui informado na consulta inicial. Eu disse a eles que tinha um advogado e aguardando um julgamento. Não importa o que eu disse. Além disso, quando fui perguntar sobre como conseguir meus remédios pela primeira vez, eles perderam TODAS as minhas informações e tiveram que dá-las OUTRA VEZ antes que pudessem ajudar.
