I recently used the services of this bank and overall, it was a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. The online banking feature was convenient, allowing me to access my accounts and manage transactions with ease. However, I found their customer service to be just average. Although the staff was polite, there were times when response times were a bit slow and it took a while to get my questions answered. The lack of a dedicated mobile app was also a drawback, as it would have made banking on-the-go more convenient. Despite these minor drawbacks, I found the bank to be reliable and trustworthy. If they can improve their customer service and offer a mobile app, it would greatly enhance the overall banking experience.
