Há alguns anos, um colega meu tinha um projeto que envolvia o uso de um material low tac para um mural impresso na parede. Bem, o pessoal do Firehouse usou um material de alto tac em vez disso. Este não era o material correto e tornava a remoção e instalação um pesadelo. Isso foi descoberto no fim de semana, bem, ninguém no Firehouse atendeu ao telefone até a tarde de domingo. A dona (Sally) não foi amigável quando a alcancei. Meu vendedor Ted também ficou chateado por eu atrapalhar seu fim de semana. Bem, eu encontrei alguém (outra empresa) para me ajudar no fim de semana. Meu cliente ficou chateado com a forma como alguém poderia fornecer os produtos errados.

Também tome cuidado, pois o Firehouse roda os gráficos em velocidades diferentes, sacrificando a qualidade da imagem. Eles não dizem a você e então é tarde demais.

Talvez seja por isso que eles são a opção de baixo custo. Má qualidade e atendimento ao cliente. Não fiquei impressionado com seu serviço e propriedade.
