Serviço horrível. Decidimos matricular minha filha no Figures Table View. Após alguns meses decidiu deixar de participar devido a muitas aulas que foram omitidas e pelo consumo de tempo, pois estava matriculada na época (setembro a novembro) e solicitou o cancelamento do contrato. Nunca recebemos uma cópia do contrato que assinamos. Ligamos, enviamos mensagens e e-mails sem sucesso. Precisávamos cancelar o contrato para que eles pudessem interromper o pedido de débito, que continuaram descontando dinheiro da minha conta, apesar de minha filha não participar mais das aulas. Inicialmente, fomos informados de que havia um aviso prévio de 30 dias para o cancelamento do contrato e eles prometeram enviar o contrato após o nosso primeiro pagamento, mas que nunca foi recebido. Ninguém respondeu às nossas reclamações até muito mais tarde, apenas recebendo o contrato meses após a notificação do afastamento da Figures. Definitivamente, um esquema para fazer dinheiro. Eles ainda estão deduzindo dinheiro de nós enquanto conversamos, apesar do pedido de cancelamento. Minha filha havia decidido no último minuto desistir do evento antes de deixar as aulas. Só para descobrir depois de ver as fotos postadas que todas as meninas de sua turma (que eram todas negras, de cor e ela era a única índia) não tinham fotos delas nas redes sociais da empresa e também não haviam ganhado nenhuma recompensa. O racismo sutil foi definitivamente mostrado, já que sua classe tinha apenas meninas de cor e era a última do dia. É muito triste ver isso acontecendo quando se trata de um lugar para oportunidades para as meninas, não um lugar para roubá-las.
