Fui pessoalmente um dia quando estava trabalhando em casa no bairro, mas como o Dr. Butrus não estava no escritório naquele dia, não pude receber uma cópia. Eles pediram um número de fax, mas eu não tenho, então disseram que o enviariam. Eu nunca recebi isso. Liguei novamente algumas semanas depois e passei pelo mesmo processo. Como trabalho em Arlington, não posso simplesmente passar por aqui durante o horário de expediente. Mais uma vez, nunca mais foi enviado.
