Lugar maravilhoso para trabalhar e uma ótima comunidade para o envolvimento dos residentes

A principal reclamação que ouço é que a instalação está com falta de pessoal. As pessoas pensam que por ser o East Side é tão perfeito e maravilhoso. Eu sei que pessoas que vivem em "Berkshire" no "gueto" e o atendimento é muito mais eficiente, consistente e pessoal. Um andar do Wingate tem atualmente 2 CNAs durante a noite, atendendo a mais de 15 pacientes! UM desses CNAs joga videogame e adormece !! Isso é antiético e provavelmente ilegal.

Minha mãe se mudou para Wingate há cerca de seis semanas. Desde o primeiro dia, a equipe fez de tudo para garantir o conforto e a felicidade da minha mãe. O apartamento dela é leve e adorável - o prédio é mantido limpo e claro, e há muitas atividades para ela aproveitar!

Forneceu excelentes cuidados de reabilitação física para minha mãe após a cirurgia de substituição do joelho
