Tenho um grande problema com esta empresa que tem aproveitado o COVID-19 e a necessidade de EPI. Eles têm vendido a fornecedores chineses de "Certificados de Conformidade" de PPE, os quais, por sua vez, têm vendido aos compradores de PPE na Europa / EUA. Cada "certificado" para ppe parece ser do ECM e o ECM não está no banco de dados NANDO como um organismo notificado para a marcação CE do PPE. Portanto, esse certificado de conformidade que eles vendem não significa nada. Os consumidores estão comprando produtos pensando que têm a marcação CE, mas não é, os fornecedores chineses estão confusos porque pensam que têm a marcação CE para vender na Europa, o que não é verdade, os varejistas europeus não podem vender legalmente os produtos porque não têm realmente marcado CE.
Todos nós perdemos porque a ECM decidiu que poderiam vender centenas de certicatos sem valor sabendo muito bem que todos pensariam que era a marcação CE.
