Ao longo dos anos, trabalhei com algumas das principais empresas de RPO do mundo. Esse não é um deles como Cielo gosta de afirmar. Nem mesmo perto.
A empresa está muito focada em aparentar alta tecnologia com um ambiente de trabalho divertido que não usa o bom senso para resolver questões óbvias e diretas. A liderança em todos os níveis não é profissional e nem tem noção dos desafios do mundo do recrutamento. Eles gastam uma quantidade enorme de recursos nas ferramentas de tecnologia mais recentes e na construção de seu próprio ATS apenas para poder manter ou obter contratos, independentemente de poderem obter os resultados prometidos.
Que tal gastar mais recursos tentando entender o que os candidatos querem de uma empresa, em vez de bater papo online sobre comida, questões pessoais ou animais de estimação?
Deixei este lugar com a sensação de ter aprendido um monte de informações inúteis de um local de trabalho muito disfuncional.
