Sou técnico e uso a Edilclima há mais de 7 anos, e quero destacar a absoluta injustiça da empresa comigo. Dado que na última semana comprei 3 módulos EC700 adicionais a preço de tabela para usuários edilclima, precisando comprar um módulo adicional que custa 270 sem IVA, liguei para a assistência comercial perguntando se havia um desconto em relacionamentos em andamento que existem há anos, um desconto que me foi aprovado de imediato em mais de 10%, neste momento perguntei porque é que este desconto não tinha sido aplicado nas minhas compras efectuadas na véspera, e de uma forma quase depreciativa foi-me respondido "devia ter telefonado primeiro".
Lamento, mas considero esta total falta de profissionalismo e esta atitude ofensiva para com um cliente que utiliza os seus produtos há anos absolutamente intoleráveis ​​e inaceitáveis ​​e, sobretudo, um meio absolutamente incorrecto de impedir o cliente de aceder a um tipo de descontos apenas encerrados o fato de não solicitar expressamente a redução do preço de compra do seu produto todas as vezes.
