Trabalhei na East Cascade Security por anos e agora que vendi minha casa, eles estão me cobrando quase mil dólares para encerrar meu serviço com eles. Em julho de 2016, me inscrevi em um plano de manutenção quando um técnico de serviço veio à minha casa para trocar algumas baterias do dispositivo. Ele me entregou uma prancheta e eu assinei onde indicado. Ele não disse uma palavra sobre ser um contrato vinculativo de três anos. Avançando para a venda da minha casa em novembro de 2017, fui cobrado pelos meses restantes daquele contrato de três anos com a East Cascade Security, uma subsidiária da Vyanet. Não importa que meu marido e eu tenhamos sido bons clientes por dezesseis anos ou mais. A soma não é um pequeno golpe para o bolso da maioria das pessoas.

Encontre uma empresa melhor. CORRA, não ande para fazer negócios em outro lugar. Se a empresa fizer isso comigo, fará com você.
