tendo comprado uma nova estatística de parede Drayton, não foi possível fazê-la funcionar. Liguei para o suporte técnico @drayton e um cara chamado Steve nos explicou como configurar, isso demorou cerca de 15 minutos no telefone, ele foi paciente e explicou as coisas de forma brilhante, apesar de ser aposentados não técnicos, ele nos ajudou a conseguir o nova estatística instalada e funcionando! Estrela de ouro para Steve, não consigo falar o suficiente sobre sua ajuda, ele é um crédito para Drayton

O termostato parou de funcionar literalmente apenas por garantia, a empresa disse "erro de software".

Sou instalador com 15 anos de experiência. A faixa mais sábia drayton é barata e desagradável. O kit 3 é a opção mais barata para 3 zonas usando smartphones e mostra.
O atendimento ao cliente da Schneider / Draytons é péssimo, um dos menos úteis que encontrei no setor.
A unidade mais recente que instalei estava com defeito, a unidade principal não se conectava aos sistemas drayton, o que significa que o cliente não poderia controlá-la de seu telefone. Foram necessários 8 telefonemas para que admitissem que estava com defeito, e então eles me disseram que não podiam enviar uma substituição, terei que remover todo o sistema e enviá-lo de volta para a Amazon para uma substituição, deixando meu cliente sem controles .
Isso me custou várias horas, no telefone e em novas visitas à propriedade.
Vou removê-lo, obter um reembolso e, em seguida, instalar um EPH Ember Pack 3.
