Eles me puseram lá tentando descobrir as responsabilidades de cobrança. Sou um paciente, não um codificador médico que entende de faturamento. Você nunca deve debater com um paciente nem falar alto para que todo o escritório ouça a conversa. Nunca estive mais frustrado e envergonhado lidando com um consultório médico. Nunca superei a incompetência das enfermeiras, então dizer que a Dra. Su é má não seria justo, mas o pessoal do escritório foi simplesmente grosseiro. Acabei de cancelar meu compromisso e fui embora.
