Eu vi este ortopédico cerca de 4 meses atrás a respeito de uma dor terrível no joelho. Ele fez radiografias e me disse que não havia nada de errado e se concentrou enormemente no fato de eu estar acima do peso e tentar fazer uma cirurgia de revisão de bypass gástrico. Eu disse a ele que algo estava errado, mas ele se recusou a ouvir. Fui a um médico responsável pelo tratamento da dor que pediu uma ressonância magnética e descobriu que tenho um menisco rompido, entre outras lesões no joelho. Em seguida, procurei uma segunda opinião ortopédica de um médico afiliado à NYU Langone em Nova York e me disseram que eu precisava de pelo menos uma substituição parcial do joelho. Sinto que perdi meu tempo com o Dr. Bernstein, sua esposa é amigável, mas fala demais. Muito insatisfeito e não vou voltar.

Vários meses atrás, levei meu filho de 18 anos para ver o Dr. Bernstein e na semana passada levei meu pai de 86 anos. Este é um excelente médico, um ouvinte atento, muito minucioso e paciente, e me sinto muito confiante em seus conselhos. Excelente equipe também. O único ponto negativo é o tempo de espera; esperamos cerca de uma hora para sermos atendidos. No entanto, assim que saímos da área de espera, nossa experiência foi muito boa.
