Trabalhar para esta empresa foi sem dúvida a pior experiência da minha vida e estou passando por uma pandemia, então use isso como referência. RH é uma piada. A gestão é extremamente inadequada e rude. Agora há uma maneira de registrar uma reclamação porque o RH é a fofoca número 1 no escritório ao lado da gerência. Se você quer crescimento profissional, não trabalhe para esta empresa. Se o CEO não se recompor e perceber que a liderança é a raiz dos problemas, essa empresa continuará a falhar. Ah e eu nem vou entrar em treinamento porque não existe. Há muitas pessoas infelizes que trabalham lá. A energia é terrível. Os valores da empresa não significam nada na realidade. 0 de 10 recomendações. Então, basicamente, não funciona aqui.
